    You’ll notice that there is a brief moment of unloading at the conclusion of the D loop formation–on moving water, this wouldn’t be an issue since the current would help preserve tension in the line on the water. As a result of demonstrating this cast on still water, it appears to be two separate and distinct sub-casts, and the force of the forward stroke is increased accordingly to compensate for the momentary loss of tension in order to create a successful outcome.

    1. Its helpful to notice the subtle changes in technique in different water conditions. Good to practice on slack water so a guy can get’er done in all conditions. I will try to get the slow motion version on here.
